Terms of Service

1. Use of Art. All commissions are for personal and non-commercial use by default. All posting or using my art on social media and other websites must observe proper crediting, including tagging on social media. Alterations of my art in any way without my consent are strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to communicate intentions and special export/variation requests with me.
In the event of misuse, I reserve the right to ask you to take down your post, tag me properly, and/or pay any corresponding monetization/commercial fee if applicable.
1.a. Monetized Content Use. An additional fee will be charged for use on monetized channels, up to 10% of the total price. This includes stream assets, art on monetized videos, etc.
1.b. Commercial Use. An additional fee will be charged for use in commercial production, up to 30% of the total price. This includes designs used in merchandise.2. Payment. Accepted currencies are USD and PHP, payable using Paypal. Payments must be made in full and up front. Chargebacks will be disputed.
2.a Tips/Gratuity. Much appreciated, but not required! You may choose to either include it directly in your payment or submit it through my tip jar on Ko-Fi (link above).
2.b Refunds. If I haven't started working on the commission at the time of refund request, I will give a full refund. However, if the commission has already started, only 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.3. Process. (a) DM me on Twitter/Instagram, or email me, to discuss commission details, price, and expected time of completion. (b) Confirm slot with photo/screenshot of payment. (c) Keep in close coordination for works-in-progress and any minor revisions you would like made. (d) When you have signed off on the final piece, I will deliver it via a Google Drive link.
NOTE: I reserve the right to decline a commission or edit if I don't feel comfortable with drawing it. Please refer to my catalog for what I will/will not draw.4. Timeline. I will work on my commission queue on a first-pay, first-serve basis. Depending on the complexity of the pieces and my own personal schedule, it can generally take several weeks days to complete once I get to your slot. I reserve the right as the artist to extend my timeline and notify you in such cases.
4.a. Deadlines. You may request a deadline given a minimum allowance of 1 week.
4.b. Rush commissions. While it's not recommended, rush commissions are accepted given a minimum allowance of 3 days depending on complexity, and you will be charged with an additional rush fee.5. Posting. After delivering the final piece to you, commissions will be posted on my social media accounts by default, unless you request otherwise prior to posting.6. Streaming. I may request your permission to stream the drawing process on my Twitch. I will always request for your explicit permission beforehand, but you may let me know in advance as well. Privacy is of utmost importance to me, and no identifying comments regarding your identity will be made.
